Refund Policy

At KAAM (kaam.ae), we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy, we're here to help.

1. Return Eligibility

We accept returns within 7 days of delivery provided the item meets all of the following conditions:

  • Item is unworn and unwashed.
  • Item is in its original condition with all tags still attached.
  • Item is in its original packaging (where applicable).
  • Item is not listed under our non-returnable category (see Section 4).

2. How to Request a Return

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Email us at order@kaam.ae within 7 days of receiving your order.
  2. Include your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for return.
  3. Our team will respond within 1–2 business days with return instructions.
  4. Ship the item back to the address provided by our team.

Please do not send items back without first contacting us — unauthorized returns may not be processed.

3. Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you by email. If approved:

  • Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days to your original payment method.
  • Please allow additional time for your bank or card issuer to process the credit.
  • Shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

4. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Underwear, swimwear, and intimate apparel (for hygiene reasons).
  • Items marked as "Final Sale" or "Non-Returnable" on the product page.
  • Items that have been worn, washed, or altered.
  • Items damaged due to customer misuse or negligence.

5. Defective or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at order@kaam.ae with:

  • Your order number.
  • A clear photo of the item showing the issue.

We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you, including return shipping.

6. Return Shipping Costs

  • Customer-initiated returns: Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.
  • Defective or incorrect items: KAAM covers return shipping costs.

7. Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size or color, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the desired item.

8. Order Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled within 12 hours of placement for a full refund. After this period, orders may already be in processing and cancellation cannot be guaranteed. Contact order@kaam.ae immediately with your order number.

9. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven't received your refund within 10 business days of approval:

  1. Check your bank account again.
  2. Contact your credit card company — it may take time for the refund to be officially posted.
  3. Contact your bank — processing times vary.
  4. If you've done all of the above and still have not received your refund, email us at info@kaam.ae.
